Refund & Returns Policy

All MC1R Society products are made to order. Because each item is printed and fulfilled specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing or buyer's remorse. We encourage you to review the size chart on each product page before ordering.

Defective or Misprinted Items If your order arrives with a print defect, manufacturing error, or damage, we'll make it right — no questions asked. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email] with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Lost or Damaged in Shipping If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, reach out within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll resolve it promptly.

Sizing We're unable to offer exchanges for sizing, so please refer to the size guide on each product listing. If you have questions before ordering, contact us and we'll help you find the right fit.
